Kevin L. Cathcart has been licensed to practice law in Oregon since 1991 and in Washington since 2002. He completed his undergraduate studies at Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, earning his bachelor's degree in 1987. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School, Portland, Oregon, in 1991.
Since moving to the Portland metropolitan area in 1988, Kevin has built deep roots in the community, raising two children and actively participating in local civic life.
